Paid Marketing Executive – Full Time – £27-30k
About Us
At Luminor, we’re a forward-thinking marketing consultancy dedicated to driving success in the eCommerce space. With an exciting and growing client base, we aim to provide an industry leading service covering paid media activation and strategy, as well as creative direction.
The Role
We’re hiring a Paid Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in paid media, particularly with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
You’ll start with running the hands on account management including campaign setup and optimisation. Over time, there will be increasing opportunities to take ownership of strategic decisions and roadmaps, as well as supporting new business acquisition and helping the business grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns on Facebook and Google.
- With support, collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver impactful campaigns.
- Advise clients on creative opportunities, undertaking competitor/market research and establishing testing roadmaps.
- Support content creation for the agency, including writing case studies and blog posts.
- Assist with agency growth initiatives, including outreach for prospective clients and prospecting shortlists of targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, pivot tables) are desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for learning and growth – discipline and organisation skills are essential
- Certifications from Facebook and Google are advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary
£27-30k, DOE, Full Time
This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to London required.
Applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
